Terms and Conditions
1. The “COOL RHINO Cool Your Raya – Buy, Donate, Play & Win Contest 2026” will run from 1st March 2026 at 12.00am and closes on 11 April 2026 at 11.59pm (“Contest Period”). Wen Ken Marketing (M) Sdn Bhd (“Organizer”) reserves the rights to shorten or extend the Contest Period without prior notice. All entries received after the Contest Period shall be automatically disqualified.
2. This contest is opened to Malaysian above 18 years of age (as 1st March 2026). The employees and immediate families of the Organizer, including its affiliated and / or related companies, their distributors, advertising and promotion agencies are not allowed to participate in this contest.
3. How to Participate
To participate, Eligible Participants must comply with each of the following:
Step 1:
Purchase any Cool Rhino or Cool Rhino O2 cooling water at any retail store in West Malaysia. (Minimum 1 bottle)
i.) The Official Receipt must clearly printed with the retail outlet name, receipt number, date of purchase, quantity of products purchased, and the total purchase amount of Cool Rhino / Cool Rhino O2 cooling water products.
ii.) Each Official Receipt is valid to one (1) entry only.
iii.) Online purchase receipts are not accepted.

Step 3:
Fill in your personal details and upload the purchase receipt before entering the game. (Please retain the original receipt for verification.)
i.) Any incomplete, illegible, disfigured, late, or invalid entries, including entries without valid proof of purchase or with incorrect personal details (full name, IC number, contact number, or email address), will be disqualified.
Step 4:
Play the “Lucky Scratch” Game. (1 Official Receipt = 1 entry = 1 game).
i.) Winners will be informed of their prize immediately upon completion of the game. A confirmation email containing the voucher code will be sent to the email address provided during registration. The Organizer shall not be responsible for undelivered emails due to incorrect or invalid email addresses. Entries without a valid confirmation email will be considered unsuccessful.
ii.) Any duplicate or repeated entry submitted using the same Official Receipt will be automatically disqualified without prior notice.
Step 5:
Participants must retain the original Official Receipt for verification purposes. Failure to provide the original receipt upon request may result in disqualification.
i.) Eligible participants may submit multiple entries. Each valid Official Receipt entitles the participant to one (1) entry only.
ii.) The Organizer reserves the right to disqualify any incomplete, illegible, disfigured, late, fraudulent, or invalid entries, including entries submitted without valid proof of purchase.
5. How to Win & the Contest Prizes:
i.) All potential winners of the Lucky Scratch Game and the Grand Prize and 2nd Prize draws will be selected through a computerized random selection system. The Organizer’s decision shall be final and binding, and no correspondence or appeals will be entertained
ii.) The organizer will have full discretion in determining the prize for each winner. Each winner is only entitled to one prize per draw.
iii.) The winners will receive the following:

Grand Draw
a.) Grand Prize: 1 x Harvey Norman Gift Card RM2,000
b.) 2nd Prize: 1 x Harvey Norman Gift Card RM1,000
iii.) All entries received within the contest period will be eligible for the Grand Draw.
iv.) All entries must be received by the Organizer via the link (https://rwdin.me/c/coolrhinoraya2026) throughout the Contest Period.
v.) The Grand Draw will be conducted after the end of the Contest Period. The date and time of the draw shall be determined by the Organizer.
6. Notification of Winners
i.) Winners of the Lucky Scratch Game will be informed of their prize immediately upon completion of the game. A confirmation email will be sent to the registered email address provided during participation.
ii.) All winners are required to submit a clear image of the Official Receipt used for contest entry as proof of purchase, together with a copy of their identification card (for verification purposes only).
a.) The uploaded photo of the Official Receipt must clearly show the outlet name, official receipt number, date of purchase, quantity of product purchased, and the total amount of Cool Rhino / Cool Rhino O2 products.
b.) Photos must meet minimum visual quality standards. Visible miring, dithering, graininess, blurriness, overexposures, compression artefacts or other degradations to image clarity will not be accepted and will be disqualified.
iii.) The Organizer’s decision on selection of winners is final, conclusive and binding. No correspondence or dispute will be entertained.
iv.) The winners for the Lucky Scratch Game will notify during the game and winner for Grand Draw will be announced after the contest period via Cool Rhino Facebook & Instagram Page.
7. The Organizer reserves the right to disqualify the eligible winner and find another eligible winner as replacement should there is any discrepancy found during the Contest Period.
8. All prizes must be claimed at winners’ own expense within sixty (60) days after the date of notification of winnings. All unclaimed prizes will be forfeited by the Organizer sixty (60) days after the date of notification of winnings.
9. Organizer reserves the right at its absolute discretion to substitute any prize with that of similar value at any time without prior notice. All prizes are not transferable, refundable or exchangeable in any other form for whatever reason.
10. Participants shall assume full liability and responsibility in the event of any accident, injury, loss, damage, or claim arising from participation in this Contest or from the use and/or redemption of any prize. All transportation, accommodation, personal costs, and/or any other related expenses incurred in participating in this Contest and/or redeeming the prize shall be borne solely by the Participants and winners.
11. The Organizer reserves the right to amend, delete, or add to these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Participants shall be bound by such changes.
12. The Organizer’s decision is final and binding. No correspondence, appeals, or disputes will be entertained.
13. Charity
i.) For every one (1) bottle of Cool Rhino or Cool Rhino O2 cooling water purchased during the Contest Period and submitted as a valid Contest entry, RM0.50 will be contributed by the Organizer to a charitable organization selected at the Organizer’s sole discretion.
ii.) Only purchases supported by a valid receipt submission in accordance with these Terms and Conditions will be eligible for the donation allocation.
iii.) The Organizer reserves the right to determine the total donation amount, timing of donation, and the selected charitable organization. The Organizer’s decision shall be final.
14. By participating in this Contest, Participants consent to the collection and use of their personal information for purposes related to the Contest. The Organizer reserves the right to publish and/or use the winners’ names, photographs, and/or entries for publicity, advertising, and/or promotional purposes without further notice or compensation. Participants shall not be entitled to make any claims against the Organizer for such use.
15. The Organizer collects personal data to administer the Contest and to communicate with Participants. Such information will be stored securely and used solely for purposes related to this Contest.
16. Personal data provided may be disclosed to the Organizer’s appointed service providers strictly for purposes related to the Contest. Participants are responsible for ensuring that the personal data provided is accurate, complete, and up to date.
17. If a Participant informs the Organizer that their personal data should not be used for further contact beyond Contest purposes, the Organizer shall respect such request. The personal data will not be shared with third parties for independent marketing purposes.
18. The Organizer reserves the right to disqualify or ban any Participant found to be engaging in fraudulent, suspicious, or improper activities.
19. In the event of any inconsistency between promotional materials and these Terms and Conditions, these Terms and Conditions shall prevail.
20. By participating in this Contest, Participants agree to be bound by these official Terms and Conditions and the decisions of the Organizer.
